This was fun way to wrap up Blogmas 2018! I hope you enjoyed my posts this year, and I will definitely be participating in this again next year! Stay tuned after Christmas for my 2018 wrap up posts where I will discuss the best and worst books of the year, as well as some books I hope to get to in 2019!
This post is technically a Top Five Wednesday prompt, but I loved the idea so much that I decided to use it for Blogmas.
This was surprisingly hard for me because I kept wanting to use characters from Harry Potter for every question!
As you get older, your Christmas wishlist begins to shrink every year. This year was probably the biggest wishlist I’ve had in a few years. Now, I certainly do not expect to get all of these items, but this was my list for Santa this year.
As you get older, you grow to appreciate certain holiday traditions and get-togethers with family that you may not see otherwise during the year. Today, I will be discussing my favorite Christmas traditions from year to year.
I have to confess that I am one of those people who starts listening to Christmas music November 1. I can’t help it-the music just puts me in a good mood and brings back so many nostalgic feelings. Today’s Blogmas post is the top ten Christmas songs on my playlist each year.
Today I am bringing you The Christmas Tag for Blogmas! I hope you enjoy reading about my holiday traditions and memories. Answer a few (or all!) of the questions in the comments or post it on your blog and tag me so I can read your answers.
Just about every TV show has a holiday or Christmas special. When I am burnt out on Christmas movies, or just need something shorter to fill the silence with, I turn to these holiday episodes of some of my favorite TV shows. This is definitely not a traditional list, but these are the Christmas episodes that stick out in my memory.
Holiday shopping. You either love it or hate it. I honestly don’t think there is an inbetween. I hate it because let’s be honest-most of the people we buy for want/need nothing. But if you are struggling for some last minute gift ideas for your bookish friend or family member, I am here for you today! There are ideas for every budget here: my bookish gift ideas start as low as $9.69!
I can’t let the holiday season pass by without watching all of my favorite feel-good movies at least once (or twice or three times!). Most of these movies are not that good, but I grew up watching them, so I feel a sense of nostalgia whenever it is time to bring them out in November and December. And is it just me, or have we not gotten as many Christmas movies in recent years, except for cheesy Hallmark movies?
