I missed this tag back in June. Apparently it was going around during the 21st anniversary of the release of Harry Potter. Crazy to think that twenty-one years ago, I was a fourth grader attending the Scholastic Book Fair. I bought Harry Potter because my favorite teacher was reading it to her son at night. So I really have her to thank for introducing me to Harry Potter!
This was created by Margaret from Weird Zeal. There are some rules that go with the tag:
- Link back to one of Weird Zeal’s posts so she can see that you’re taking part!
- Tag your friends and tell them to join in as well!
- Have fun!
1: What house are you in?
2: What is your patronus?
3: What is your wand?
Elder wood, unicorn hair core, 11.75″ length, hard flexibility
4: What would your boggart be?
5: What position would you play in Quidditch?
6: Would you be a pure blood, half blood, or muggle born?
I’m going with Muggle born because my family is religious and doesn’t like Harry Potter. Well, my parents were fine with me reading it because I knew it wasn’t real, but the rest of my family is anti-Harry Potter.
7: What job would you want to have after graduating Hogwarts?
I would never leave Hogwarts. I’d stay on as a teacher, probably Transfiguration.
8: Which of the Deathly Hallows would you choose?
Definitely the Invisibility Cloak. I would love to hide from the world some days.
9: Favorite book?
This is a toss up between Prisoner of Azkaban and Half Blood Prince.
10: Least favorite book?
Goblet of Fire if I had to choose one.
11: Favorite film?
Half Blood Prince.
12: Least favorite film?
Goblet of Fire because it feels disconnected and leaves way too much out.
13: Favorite character?
14: Least favorite/most hated character?
15: Favorite teacher at Hogwarts?
16: Least favorite teacher at Hogwarts?
17: Do you have any unpopular opinions about the series?
I actually like Chamber of Secrets. I always hear people say its their least favorite book and/or movie.
18: If you could save one character from the finale battle who would you save?
Okay, so while I love Snape (not as a teacher, but for everything else he does, I love him), I would still choose to save Lupin because I don’t think we would have learned “The Prince’s Tale” if Snape had not died at the end.
I tag anyone who wants to play along with this tag! Since I’m so late to the game, I’m sure most everyone has done this by now.
