July TBR | Books I Want to Read This Month

Hello, fellow readers! Today is the first day of July, which means it is time for a TBR post!

I do not plan to read quite as many books as I did in June, although you never know! I will be going on vacation for about a week, and I do plan to read during the car ride (9-10 hours one way!), but I don’t know how much reading will happen on the actual cruise. This month I plan to read at least seven books. Four of these I have checked out from the library so they need to be read and one is an ARC that needs to be reviewed in July. Three of the books are contemporaries, which I tend to read within one-two days max if I really like it.

Library Books:

My Personal Collection

I thought it would be fun to do a little mini TBR tag each month:

The book that has been on my TBR the longest: Hidden Bodies by Caroline Kepnes
The book that was most recently added to my TBR: 99 Days by Katie Cotugno because I was in a contemporary mood after finished To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han
A book on my TBR that everyone else has read: Probably 99 Days by Katie Cotugno or Attachments by Rainbow Rowell
A book on my TBR that was a recommendation: Love and Gelato by Jenna Evans Welch
The book on my TBR that I am most excited to read: Hidden Bodies just because I have been wanting to read it for so long, but also Girls’ Night Out by Liz Fenton & Lisa Steinke because I’ve heard amazing things!

My TBR is usually very flexible during the month. I can be a bit of a mood reader, so there is a good chance I won’t be in the mood for so many contemporaries, but I am trying to save some of my fantasy and thriller books for the fall! I would love to know what you are reading this month or if you have read any of the books on my TBR.
